It is recommended to wash your products inside out with cold water. Hang dry if possible.

Premade items ship within 5-10 business days. Pre order items ship within 4-16 weeks.

We ship globally. Prices vary depending on your region.

All orders are final sale. Once they are in transit they can not be cancelled. However, if your order has not shipped yet you may cancel your order.

If the product is defective, we will replace it at no cost to the customer

If you receive the wrong product, contact us and we will replace it for the correct product. You will have to ship the wrong item back to us, but we will provide you with a prepaid label.

Once the item has been shipped or delivered, sales are final. If you received the wrong product or the product is defective, we may provide a return label and ship out the correct/non defective product.

We do not offer exchanges at the moment. We recommend referencing the size chart to make sure you purchase the correct size!

If you need to return a product, we will provide a prepaid label. You can print this label and attach it to your parcel with tape, or thermal paper.
