Shipping
Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Shipping time depends on whether your item is pre-made or a pre-order:
Pre-Made Items: Items without “[PRE-ORDER]” in the title or description typically ship within 5–10 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Pre-Order Items: Any item with “[PRE-ORDER]” in the title is a pre-order.
Shipping timeframes vary by item and are provided in the product Description section.
All pre-orders have different production and shipping schedules.
Once an item enters production, the order cannot be canceled.
Shipping timeframes refer to processing before shipment, not delivery. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or other factors outside of Amescense’s control.
Important: If you are unable to wait for the stated timeframe, we strongly recommend not purchasing pre-order items. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the shipping timelines.

Orders
Order Changes & Cancellations
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Order changes or cancellations depend on the item type and its production or shipping status.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are clearly marked with [PRE-ORDER] in the product title and description.
Pre-orders may be canceled only before production begins
Once production has started, all pre-order sales are final
Pre-order items cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned once production begins
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
In-Stock / Pre-Made Items
Items not marked [PRE-ORDER] are considered in-stock or pre-made.
Orders may be canceled only before shipment
Once an order has shipped, all sales are final
We do not offer returns or refunds after shipment
Additional Information
Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or rerouted once they enter production or ship
Shipping delays, production timelines, or buyer’s remorse do not qualify for cancellations or refunds
If the product is defective, we will replace it at no cost to the customer
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us and we will send a replacement with the correct item. The incorrect item must be returned to us, and we will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.
Refunds
Q: Can I get a refund for my order?
A: No. All sales are final, and Amescense does not offer refunds once an order has been placed, except where required by law.

Pre-orders may be refunded only if canceled before production begins
Once production has started, pre-order sales are final and non-refundable
Pre-order items are not eligible for returns or refunds for any reason
In-Stock / Pre-Made Items
Refunds are available only if the order has not shipped
Once an order has shipped, all sales are final
No refunds are issued for shipping delays, carrier issues, or buyer’s remorse
After Delivery
Amescense does not accept returns
Refunds are not issued for non-defective items, incorrect sizing, or change-of-mind purchases
Approved exchanges may be offered at our discretion; all shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged:
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
Clear photographic evidence is required
Upon verification, Amescense may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or exchange
Refunds are not guaranteed
Important Notice
Refunds will not be issued for:
Refused or unclaimed shipments
Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
Production or shipping timeline estimates
Carrier delays or lost packages once marked delivered
Initiating a chargeback in violation of this policy may result in order denial and account restrictions. Amescense reserves the right to contest all disputes using this policy and delivery confirmation.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: While all sales are final, we are happy to assist with size exchanges whenever possible. Exchanges are commonly approved for sizing issues, provided the request meets the guidelines below.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Exchanges are allowed for sizing issues only
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging
Exchanges are subject to item availability
Important Exchange Terms
If an exchange is approved:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for all forwarding/re-shipping costs
Prepaid shipping labels are not provided
If the requested size is unavailable, we will notify you and discuss available options
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are final sale
Pre-order size exchanges may be approved if stock is available at the time of the request
If no stock is available, the exchange may not be possible
Pre-order items cannot be exchanged for different products
Additional Notes
Buyer’s remorse or change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for exchange
We recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit
