Amescense Shipping Policy

By placing an order with Amescense, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the shipping terms outlined below. Failure to review this policy does not exempt the customer from its conditions.


Order Processing Time

In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 10 business days from the time of purchase.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information. Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or rerouted after shipment.


Pre-Order Processing & Shipping

Pre-order items are produced on a made-to-order basis.

  • Pre-orders ship after production is complete

  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary

  • Pre-orders are shipped in the order they are received

  • Once production has begun, pre-order sales are final

By placing a pre-order, you expressly acknowledge and accept that shipping timelines for pre-order items differ from in-stock items and are not grounds for cancellation, refund, return, or chargeback.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise stated.


Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Shipping times vary depending on the method selected at checkout:

  • USPS Ground Advantage Economy
    Ships in 3–10 business days + 2–5 business days transit

  • USPS Priority Mail Basic
    Ships in 3–10 business days + 1–3 business days transit

  • UPS Ground Advantage Saver
    Ships in 5–10 business days + 2–7 business days transit
    Includes up to $100 carrier insurance for lost, stolen, or damaged packages

Transit times are carrier estimates and not guaranteed. Amescense is not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for U.S. customers when the cart total equals or exceeds $100 USD.

We offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.

Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees. These charges are not controlled by Amescense and are non-refundable.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

Amescense is not responsible for delayed, lost, misdelivered, or returned packages due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Failure to collect the package

  • Carrier delivery errors

If a package is returned to sender or sent to dead mail, no refund, return, or exchange will be issued unless shipping insurance was purchased and the claim is approved by the carrier.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship orders promptly, Amescense is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays or peak shipping seasons

  • Customs processing (international orders)

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, exchanges, order cancellations, or chargebacks.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Amescense is not responsible for theft or loss.

If shipping insurance was purchased and the carrier confirms loss or damage, Amescense will assist with the claim process. Outcomes are subject to carrier approval.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees that:

  • All sales are final

  • Shipping timelines (including pre-orders) are estimates

  • Carrier delays or production timelines do not constitute non-delivery

Customers must contact info@amescense.com to attempt resolution before filing a chargeback.

Chargebacks filed for reasons that contradict this policy — including shipping delays, pre-order timelines, refusal of delivery, or address errors — will be formally disputed. Amescense reserves the right to submit this policy, tracking confirmation, delivery status, and customer communications as evidence to the payment processor.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account restrictions and denial of future purchases.
