Cut & Sewn vs Printed Blank — What’s the Difference?

This piece is available in two construction styles. Both feature the same design. The difference comes down to how the garment is built and finished.

Cut & Sewn

Cut & sewn garments are constructed from raw fabric panels and assembled specifically for this piece, rather than printed on a pre-existing blank.

Shipping Information

By placing an order with Amescense, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the shipping and sales terms outlined below. Failure to review this information does not exempt the customer from applicable processing or shipping timelines.

Pre-Order Items

If a product title includes [PRE-ORDER], the item is classified as a pre-order.

  Production and shipping timeframes vary by item

  The estimated shipping timeframe is listed in the Description section of the product page

  Pre-order timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
  

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing the product title and description prior to purchase. By completing checkout, the customer expressly agrees to the stated pre-order timeframe.

If you are unable to wait for the listed timeframe, please do not purchase pre-order items. Once production begins, pre-order sales are final.

In-Stock / Pre-Made Items

Items that do not include [PRE-ORDER] in both the product title and description are considered in-stock or pre-made.

Additional Shipping Terms

  Processing time refers to time before shipment, not delivery time

  Shipping and transit timelines are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed

  Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once they enter production or ship

  Amescense is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other factors beyond our control

Returns & Exchanges

Our Approach

Amescense strives to be fair and accommodating whenever possible. Refunds and exchanges depend on whether an item is pre-made or pre-order and the current stage of the order. Once an order ships or enters production, the policies below apply.

Refunds — Pre-Made (In-Stock) Items

Orders for pre-made / in-stock items may be refunded as long as the order has not shipped.

Once a pre-made item ships:

  Refunds are no longer available
  

Refunds are not offered for:

• 
  Buyer’s remorse after shipment
  
• 
  Change-of-mind purchases after shipment
  
• 
  Refused, unclaimed, or delayed shipments
  

Refunds — Pre-Order Items

Orders for pre-order items may be refunded only if the order has not yet entered production.

Once production begins:

  Pre-order sales are final
  
• 
  Orders cannot be canceled or refunded
  

Size Exchanges (7-Day Window)

While refunds are not available after shipment or production, size exchanges are commonly approved when the guidelines below are met.

Eligibility:

  Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  
• 
  Exchanges are available for sizing issues
  
• 
  Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  
• 
  Items must be returned in original packaging
  

Exchange Conditions:

• 
  Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  
• 
  Customer is responsible for all forwarding/re-shipping costs
  
• 
  Prepaid shipping labels are not provided
  
• 
  Exchanges are subject to size availability
  

If the requested size is unavailable, we will reach out to discuss available options.

Pre-Order Exchanges

  Pre-order size exchanges may be approved if stock is available at the time of the request

  If no stock is available, the exchange may not be possible
  
• 
  Pre-order items cannot be exchanged for different products
  

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

Upon verification, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

  A replacement, or
  
• 
  An exchange
  

Refunds are not guaranteed once an item has shipped.
