Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are produced on a made-to-order basis
Production and shipping timeframes vary by item

Pre-order timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing the product title and description prior to purchase. By completing checkout, the customer expressly agrees to the stated pre-order timeframe.

If you are unable to wait for the listed timeframe, please do not purchase pre-order items. Once production begins, pre-order sales are final.

In-Stock / Pre-Made Items

Items that do not include [PRE-ORDER] in both the product title and description are considered in-stock or pre-made.

No Returns / Buyer’s Responsibility

All sales are final. Amescense does not accept returns or offer refunds.

Buyer’s remorse, change-of-mind purchases, or ordering the incorrect size do not qualify for refunds or returns

Selecting the correct size at checkout is the customer’s responsibility
